I just wanted to thank you so much for all your help and expertise regarding my new shutters. THEY ARE JUST BEAUTIFUL! I shared with Darryl, who installed them, that I had decided before you had come out that I wanted a smaller slat size and go with a lower price product. You shared with me the pros and cons on different ways to go – never pushing me one way or the other – allowing me to decide. When I asked what would you do if this were your home, you suggested these. And I am so glad you did. I even asked you about a design idea for painting the wall which you recommended. You also kept me informed on when we might see the product. It was a pleasure doing business with you and Darryl – he’s also outstanding to work with and what a super installation job he did. (I can purchase superior shutters but if they aren’t installed perfectly it doesn’t matter what you pay for them).
